Hi Friends,
I wish to have lucid dreams regularly. This method is called ‘Stablization’. Some of my known methods of Stablizing a lucid dream from within a dream state are:
Talking with your SC Mind and Programming your mind to achieve lucidity everytime you dream.
Taking a ‘Dream Pill’ and believing you’ll become lucid.
CALD - Asking a dream character to make you lucid next time you dream.
Visual and Audio Cues : Using Lucid Dream Mask and recognising dream dream sign.
Is there any other method you know which will stablize lucidity from within the dream state?
Another query, Can we stablize lucidity through more than one means? Like, Using dream mask as well as CALD?
I’m confused with your question, are you asking about how to stabilize a LD after you become lucid or simply how to get a LD?
And for both possibilities, yes, you can use more than one mean, except if the means are contradictory, for example, a technique that only is possible to be started while being awake mixed with a technique that’s only possible inside a dream.
If you want automatic ways, then I suggest you to add Lucid Living (LL) to the list, until now, it’s the most effective automatic lucidity method for me.
I would only add that having lucid dreams “automatically” require a decent amount of practice and time. If you are not “natural” lucid dreamer then you need to put a much effort in achieving everyday or better say every night lucidity. There is no point in rushing things like: “I’m new to lucid dreaming and I want to have lucid dreams tomorrow…” Accepting the fact that achieving everyday lucidity is a process is more helpful then anything…
lucky1990, it’s not that I’m judging your work and your ideas, I just wanted to point out actual fact and therefore help you and others… I know you are aware that achieving lucidity is not that easy but I welcome your effort to achieve that.
