How to use recurring dreamsigns?

I read about dreamsigns. As much as I know, these are recurring objects or people in dreams. Since I keep at writing my dreams into a dream Journal, I have now discovered two people, who are very often in my dream.

I guess, I could do a RC every time I see these people in real life. The problem is just, that I don’t see them that often. Maybe once a week plus some phonecalls, sms and emails (Even though they seem to bother my Subconsciousness). So how can I use them as a dreamclue?

Whenever you think of them, RC.

Tell yourself, before going to sleep, something similar to: “I will RC when I see them”, or so.

well, you’re well on the way, just try to realise that it’s unusual to see those people, and then you’ll just about be in a LD, because if you find it strange and unnatural you’ll (often) think it might be a dream
