How to wake up without disturbances?

I searched around some and read a few posts, but it didn’t help me significantly, so I will write my first post here at LD4all.com

I’m new to this and I am trying to train up my dream recall abilities, but, as many others, I use my alarm function at my mobile as my alarm. So I usually wake up because I have to pee or to “James Brown - I Feel Good”, and I kinda think that my dream disappears the moment I turn around to turn off the alarm.

So, how do you wake up calmly? So you can lie and think about your previous dream?

When you wake up for those few seconds in the middle of the night, don’t turn around and fall asleep again, instead try to remember if you’ve had any dreams.
