how valueable are dreams

I was wondering, we all know dreams can give us messages, they try to tell us something as good as possible, and if we get the message, it could make our life better. there are definately quite some people that get insights from there dreams and act according to it.
Could it be that someone with a somewhat skew vision on reality has dream that he interpretes as “If I’d kill that guy my life would be better.”

It’s kinda odd. Our onconscious mind can give our conscious mind insight into our life. but it could be wrong too. Soo how valuable are dreams really?

that is a very stange question and very hard to answer because every 1 will a diffrent answer depending on how it affects there life. my dreams are very important to me but i dont follow what they do. other wise i wold be living my dream and some of my dreams that is probally not a very good idea.

Well… my dreams are of great value, but not because they are so “useful”.They don´t need to be, they just are valuable the same way life is.Experiences are valuable

They are valuable to me, I’d miss them if I didn’t have them, but i dont take them as messages from the unconcious or something, I take them as models of the days or weeks events, so they are interesting to me most of all, in that my mind is building this stuff out of other stuff. I guess you could say I’m most fascinated by the fact that we are even capable of having dreams.
I think how vauable they are depends on the person your asking.

My dreams are immensely valuable to me. They can guide me, amuse me, teach me, awe me, titillate me, scare me…and so on. Beneath their often zany and whacky outer skin lies a deep vein of wisdom. Most importantly, they are mine. No one can dream my dreams for me. My dreams are my personal domain, my sanctuary. Although often affected by external events, there is always room for a little internal perspective too. Dreams are a showcase of the mind and it’s abilitites. A home cinema, with surround sound and the comfiest chair in the house. Every night I hope to pull up that chair and watch the action. My goal is to become a competent director too. Still working on that though, I got a lot to learn yet.

tnx, that’s cool , all of u

my dreams are valuable to me, not because they can teach me stuff or anything like that.

Simply because i love having dreams, i love watching my dreams or actually taking part in them. For a nightmare i would almost sell my soul, yes i like to be scared. I love nightmares and dreams.

I am actually depressed if i wake up not remembering a dream or did not remember the dream as it happened.

To me, dreams are extremely valuable. They are a constant source of amusement for me, a social conversation-starter, and an outlet for stress. And those days I manage an LD? The rest of the week is usually significantly happier than it would have been if I hadn’t had the chance to fly around the halls of my school screaming, or whatever it is I choose to do…

Pinkster :lmao:
