Ever since I have been in South Carolina (just moved here from Washington State), I’ve been having trouble remembering dreams.
When I wake up, I remember nothing. And I can’t just stay in bed and try to remember, 'cause right when I awake I have to get going.
I also can’t write with people around me, like, can’t. I don’t know why. In our new house (which is 10x bigger than our last one), I have to share a room. So I can’t seem to record dreams as well anymore.
I’m not exactly sure what to do.
I was thinking of going into another room to record a dream, but then I realized I haven’t been having dreams.
Topic moved from “Quest for Lucidity”
I don’t get why it was moved here, but iz coo’.
Don’t get disappointed, Get back to bed earlier, and have the intention to remember your dreams, I too had the same problem for few days, after which today i had recalled a dream . You just need to have the INTENTION, that’s it, you are ready to go!
Rinaldo Rex is right…You have to have intention. Try repeating a mantra quietly aloud to yourself or in your head as you fall asleep that says, “I remember my dreams.” Hope this helps!
Try to visualizate you waking up, remembering your dreams and writing them down.
I think it’s really important just not say or think of the words but visualizate you doing that. Anything you may link with an action would be more effective.
