Already more advanced in the art of astral travel, I have the obstacle of appearing 100% of the time in my room, always from an astral projection, most of the time I do not see my body in my bed, and as always I appear in my room, I usually go out the bedroom door, the house sticks to what it is in the real world, sometimes I go out the window and everything is the same as the real world, I have tried that when I open the door of my room it is another scenario and nothing, I can not transcend both my house and my neighborhood.
In lucid dreams I have been to unimaginable places, but in astral proyection (since I am 7 years old I have been doing astral travel) and now when I go directly from my body (actually 26) , generally doing WBTB, I only appear in my room and currently I cannot leave my city.
I am looking for help in the form of techniques or someone to whom this has happened.
I have tried to open my door and have something different behind it but in my many attempts I have never gotten past what it really is. Same for my window.
