I finally got a WILD

HEy everyone i’m new to this forum but have tried lucid dreaming for about 3 weeks. I followed website’s advice on writing down my dreams and some weird stuff has happened. Example: I dreamed about Croc Hunter two nights before he died. Anyways, I found a WILD technique that works for me. When taking a nap in the middle of the day, let your mind wander as it naturally does before going to sleep. Don’t concentrate too hard, but when you start to have thoughts that don’t make sense, recognize this and say in your head why this doesn’t make sense. Do this until you drift asleep. I had a 3 second lucid dream, but it was one none-the-less

wow that sounds really good, think if i go to bed late, then wake up early so im tired, stay up for a bit then take a big nap this might be a good idea to do?

Ya Rarg, or anybody tell me if this technique works while taking a nap. I’ve tried the normal way to WILD of counting to myself or focusing on a location for half an hour and got nothing but frustration and numbness. Doesn’t seem to work for me. The longest i’ve meditated for is 45 minutes and still got nothing.
