I found a method that helped me LD.

So ive been trying for a very long time to use the checking the time RC, but i never had any sucess until now.

One night i was exausted and the digital clock was way too bright and wasnt letting me sleep. So i groped out of bed and grabbed something (which happened to be a sock) to cover the clock’s light with. Thats when i was able to discover when i was having a false awakening! Whenever i saw the time, i knew that night that i was dreaming because i remembered covering the clock with the sock, so instead of ignoring it like i had been doing for so long i had realized i had like 3 false awakenings that night! it was awsome! I did it again last night and i actually became lucid! ( which for me was awsome because i only become lucid like…once every two months :bored: )

So this was something i discovered by mistake, has anyone done anything similar? Im sure that it might work if you always have your wrist watch with you and one night you take it off you may have the same results…

I have done something like this, yes.
I usually pay attention to what morning alarm my cell-phone plays when I wake up, and if it’s something completely different all of a sudden then that’s a pretty clear dreamsign.
Recently it started playing Turkey in the Straw, but I don’t even have that song on my phone. :tongue:

i dont pay attention to my clock cause it’s always bright (i think) and i dont like getting up for something like that but now you say that i might have some false awakenings :open_mouth: but i wont even get out of my bed for the hope of having one :meh:
