OK, I need to ask something but I want to make it seem as clean as possible 
So, basically, when, you know, you have sex in the lucid dream, and you ‘finish’ having sex, does the same effect happen in real life too? I’m talking about what happens with guys. Does your penis get hard, and, well you know what happens just before you finish, does THAT happen to your real body? Or would it be paralyzed, and there would be no erections or mess?
