And sometimes I don’t. Even though I have them every night, some nights its just filler content instead of dreams. Doesn’t even have anything to do with dreaming in the full sense of it.
To any struggling with becoming sentient, experiences and broken habbits while widening your perception with things out of the ordinary or just allowing yourself to dream should alleviate the symptoms of beeing awake. Hope I could help.
