I have finally closed in on this problem..

it took me forever to find. I have this problem in WILD. The reason - I stay in contact with my face. I cant decide to leave my mouth open or closed. Either way, it bothers me. Even worse - if open - my mouth gets cold and dry. This leads to a problem of breathing as well. My eyes - usually are a little flashy at first but go to control soon. Any suggestions? It is VERY hard to keep my mind off of it. I was WILDing for 35 minutes last night - my WHOLE body was numb, except my face. Made me mad, too…

I have had this problem before. I just decided to leave my mouth one way or the other and then tried to forgot about the exsistence of my mouth. AFter a little practice it worked quite well. Good Luck!

Haha, i think ill go with leave it open and breathe through my nose. That should clear up SOME of the problems.

35 minutes? thats it? i usually WILD for about 1 or 2 hours before giving up. i’ve never been successful with WILD though

i havw the same problem with the mouth, and i cant get over it!

One of the reasons I and many other people have had troble going back to sleep is how we think about WILD. When doing your WILD think not about getting back to sleep but about staying in sleep

Edit - Reposting below.

Such a problem. Its more so my drool and tongue in the way. My tongue seems to block up my mouth [possibly my glands for drool?](open or closed) while laying on my back, and the only way to avoid it seems to be to pressure my tongue (which involves me moving) against my mouth, which is uncomfortable on its own as well. It also seems my drool gets annoying, overflows once in a while (or is blocked by my tongue, which becomes an unbearable nuisance). AHH, such a problem! I cant get rid of it, and cant ignore it yet…

That’s a tough one, I haven’t had a problem with that. Perhaps I just have a dry mouth. Who knows, just keep experimenting and Good luck!
