I nearly got there, but wierd technique.

I was trying to do a form of wild talked about on the forum, the one where once the visualisations get strong you scream in your head. I was seeing this Warlords Battlecry 3 scene and I conciously decided to zoom in on a tree, then visualised myself standing under it, it placked a leaf and imagined how it felt after that my hands started getting numb and I decded I’d climb the tree, so I climed to the top and tried the screaming, my body started going numb all over, then I looked at my “third eye” and imagined it was a portal then I saw a rope coming through it, I grabbed the rope, I used this to travel to many different scenes to try and stimulate my dreamsenses, then I went to a mirror and did the matrix thing and I woke up in a pod thing like in the movie (I’m still imagining) then I imagined being flushed so I couldn’t see but I could only feel the water and the tunnel, eventually I imagined floating into a dome and my body went all numb, I thought I was finally in a dream so I tried to stand up but I moved too early and I woke up, I think I was very close though.

pretty cool!, maybe if you keep trying you’ll get there eventually, I personally dont try WILD

I tried it again last night but I couldn’t get the numb feeling like I did last time, I’ll keep trying and post my results.

Interesting, what it seems though is you are doing VILD Visually Induced Lucid Dreams, for some people this method works perfectly if not better then WILD but for people like me it hurts my forehead  atleast I think it is VILD… where you kinda help the body along with creating random scenes like a dream/HI which sets in motion the bodys natural way of doing.
