Well, here’s the case. Nobody seems to be hearing my cries of help so I’d figure I’d make a topic.
I usually start out in late afternoon or around 5 hours and 10 minutes after I go to sleep to WILD. When I do it, I do get to the point of ragged looking shapes with the color of green. (Most of the time. Sometimes blue.) I read about keeping calm and watch them passively, but how? As they appear, I watch them, and they enlargen and disappear, and that usually destroys the process for me. Here’s what someone posted on Yahoo answers:
The impressive part is that you found an honest person at yahoo answers.
Better idea, we should make a sticky for all the questions for every technique, order it, have reasons to pick that one- like the sleep cycle list, and pretty much make it easy to add more to it without regular forum order… this was probably already made.
Totems could work in theory, but I think it’s only usefull in shared dreaming.
My answer to your question:
The dots and watching them passively gives you something to focus slightly on while falling asleep. This CAN be irritating, like the many times i’m editing a post.
There is also a question you should ask yourself right now,“If those discharges bother you, how will you react when an actual dream is forming around you?”
My Answer- Try to control the shapes with your mind. It may cause you to think you’re getting nowhere, but you could- in theory, form the objects yourself into the dream.
You 're waking up because you’re already paying attention to them, so keep yourself down by immersing yourself with them!
That’s my suggestion, I hope it works out.
