I’ve been lucid dreaming for at least 7 years?
My plateau was as a teenager.
I can have lucid dreams every-night, sometimes more than one, sometimes maybe most of the night long, but there is something very troubling, a huge obstacle…
and that is the hypnagogic state.
What happens is I don’t know how to leave my body during HH… the best I can do is get my mind to have a conversation with me :
Me : Our father… (waits for it)
it: Hallowed be thy name…
Me : ONE…
It: TWO
but its so short-lasting, I can touch things, I can visualize a light-switch and flick it on and off for 15-20 minutes, and then when I fall asleep I will feel my hands touch it
but I’m so vividly unconscious at this point that I just cannot deliberately go out of body.
And I can spend many hours doing this, over and over again, without having REM.
I’m thinking of getting some calea or mugwort to see if it will give my mind the vividness it needs to break through.
Well, how do I break through?
all my lucidity is either spontaneous or from chaining, waking up and going back into one.
see, I want to just leave the body as soon as I fall asleep, and go!
lots of people will say “you are leaving the body you just don’t remember it” but I don’t agree with that at all, I’m just not IN a body, and am immersed in random thoughts and ideas, sometimes I remember them, sometimes not.
