ok i am trying to do WILD (i think its WILD?) i am trying during some day naps and when i am going to sleep. i tryed it a total of 8 times over the past 3 days my problem if i can usualy get into SP i go numb, tingele, ringing in ear (so on… so on…) but i cant tell when to check if i am dreaming. i got it once yesterday (you can see in my DJ) but i cant figure it out, that time i tried the RC when the seasure like skaking stoped. but today when i tried 3 times the first time i never shook, and the other 2 times i wasent dreaming. so are there any tips someone could give me to know when SP is over and i am dreaming.
Usually, from what I believe, when you enter a dream you will encounter something that is clearly detectable. Myself when I get the vivid HI it is very distinct as I am suddenly in an entirely different scenario to being in bed going to sleep. The problem I have is not jumping on this too harshly. I tend to end up thinking, “This is HI, I’m dreaming” then it ends as I got too excited. I believe that some people can transition from waking to sleeping without realising, but I don’t believe that is always the case.
If I was you I would continue with whatever technique it is that you are doing and wait to see what you feel. An RC shouldn’t really be necessary with WILD since the idea is to transition from waking to sleeping without losing awareness. If you are getting SP but nothing else, it might indicate that you are not letting go of your body or that you are too aware of the real world to transition properly.
