Once, when i wanted to go to sleep in the noon, and I wasn’t tired, so I tried to talk to my subconscious and tell him to make me fall asleep (lols…) 
anyway, first I asked myself some questions to see if I’ll get answers, and i have - I asked myself some questions and i heard yes/no answers in my head, but I wasn’t sure if I was talking to my subconscious or just getting the answers that I really want to hear, so I asked my subconscious to make me fall into a SP to know if I was really talking to my subconscious. Anyway, I felt a really strange feeling, like my mind was telling me “don’t move”, but i didn’t experienced scary illusions or anything like that, but I really think I talked to my subconscious, and I’m posting this topic to know if it’s possible… please reply…

It’s possible and I’ve done it as well. You do know that you are lucky, since many people find that difficult. Talking to your SC can be done, if you are relaxed, and you don’t think about the question, since if you think about it, you are consciously aware and therefore it isn’t from your SC.
The benefits of being able to do this, would be that you can always ask yourself questions about things that happened IWL and in Dreams. I interpreted a dream, once by talking to my SC. You can also try to meet your SC in your dreams, and get some really cool answers out of it as well.
Interesting… I had a goal about talking with my SC, but it never worked. I wanted to meet SC in dream, unlucky never had occasion to do so. Later I got new goals.
It’s cool what you experienced. I’d like to have same experience.

I just read this thread then tried to talk to my subconscious… I think it worked…
I asked him if he could hear me; he said ‘yes’.
I asked him if he could get rid of this headache I had. He said ‘yes’.
I asked him to get rid of my headache.
I waited a moment then asked him if he had done it. He said ‘yes’.
And my headache had gone! was this the placebo effect (my SC is saying ‘no’, I think, as I write this) or my SC?!
The answers I heard were like, effortlessly thought up, they weren’t like auditory hallucinations.
Did I talk to my SC?
I did it again (if I did it the first time) and now I don’t even have to ask in my head; all I need to do is think of my question and he answers.
yeah I keep doing it, maybe I should tell it to give me a lucid dream…
One and the same really - the placebo effect acts upon the subconscious, the power of believing something strongly enough can often enable your body to behave in certain ways. The concepts of ‘Placebo effect’ and ‘Subconscious’ are not mutually exclusive, and one doesn’t preclude the other - they can work in tandem.
I talk to it all the time…well…

Are you sure you’re not just imagining it? I heard that in real life your subconscious only contacts you with signals, but In dreams you can actually talk to it.
I’ve recently been communicating with my subconscious as well.
He prefers the name “Ezekiel.” He refused to answer my question about him being my spirit guide (didn’t want to respond, as far as I can tell), but otherwise he’s given me plenty of feedback. He agreed to help me lucid dream, too - but we’ll see whether or not he really intends to soon. 
I tried to talk to my SC last night in a dream but it didn’t work. I asked a DC if i could talk with my SC and they sort of just looked at me plainly probably thinking “WTF does he mean?”
I have only done it once before in a lucid dream and it was one of my best dreams ever. I talked to my SC who was personified as a DC except she was nothing like any other DC, she knew all about me and could read my mind, even know what i’m about to say. It was like talking to a best friend, except she knew all my flaws, guilts and regrets and didn’t care about it, she totally accepted me and liked me for who i was. I also found that with her by my side i had 100% full control at any power of my choosing. It was also a very long dream so i had soo much fun having 100% control all the time 
sometimes i wish i could remain in a lucid dream forever.
I once had a DC introduce himself to me in a dream as my unconcious mind. he looked like me sort of. i asked him if he would pop by again so i could ask him questions.
then half of him dissapeared like a hologram and back again.
I actually talk to my SC a lot now, his name is Billiam, and he helps me out alot, last night he helped me end a dry patch after I asked him to, and he also helps me get rid of hiccups! HA! yeah I love Billiam. I also asked him to immunise me from some bug that is going around the local schools… and he immunised me!!
