i think i wild'd almost?

(mod edit) I moved this into here, so more people get the chance to read and reply.

i was trying WILD or to have an oobe a couple weeks ago. i was laying in bed going through vibrations and stuff then they stop like usual but i kept laying there and then all of the sudden i started seeing the tops of trees against the blue sky and they got as clear as real life. then all the sudden my view was pulled right up to the tree like was zoomed in on the tree top. then i got so excited i woke up.

what happened?

I’ve never had a WILD. So my answer will probably be not very accurate.

IMO, it was hypnagogic imagery.

WILD’ers often describe that, when they begin a WILD, their point of view automatically zooms into HI. Thus, I think it looks like a WILD. :smile:

so was i in the dream. and if i had not woken up i would have been in a lucid dream??

are wild’s and oobe’s pretty much the same thing but with the oobe you explore what you think is your world and not the dream world?

Yes you were in the dream. If you had not woken up, and you knew it was a dream, it would have been a LD.

In my opinion and from my experience, yes. You have the ability to dream about your environment in a near 100% match, so this looks like an OBE to many, but is a LD after all. Remember that dreams go largely according to your expectations, and if you expect stuff to look real, then it will.
