Ive seen a UFO once in my life, I was watching this bright star for about 15 minutes, and it just stayed in the same place, and then I noticed it started moving very slowly before taking off very fast. I think the closest Ive ever came to an abduction was just having a OOBE. I wonder if there are any ways of inducing a UFO abduction. Are there?
Now that I think about it being taken by aliens might be scary as hell…Hope I just didnt send out a beacon, for the little green men to find me… OMG I think goverment has bugged me, but Im not parinoid, do i sound parinoid, i am not paranoid look away stop reading my mind people. LOL 
Hehe I had a lot of UFO abductions when I was younger. I even thought that alien forced me to be pregnant for an experiment… and I saw my hybrid baby… so many emotions… so scared. >_< It was so real too. However after many “abductions”, I have came to a conclusion that it was all either a dream or part of hallucinations experienced during in SP.
I sometimes even woke up with bruises, etc. exactly where they were in my abduction(s), but I also have concluded that it was just a mind pyschological thing that made it real.
And my abductions weren’t the scary type except that baby part because I considered aliens as my family. I thought I was them (don’t ask me why).
It was interesting…
Only one experience that I had that continued to be unexplainable… it was in summer. I was outside. I looked up and saw a shiny orange triangle floating in the clear sky. It was spinning and propelling at a constant speed. Then… it just… boom went fast and away from my sight. I was wide awake this time. It was my first real witness and my first unexplainable witness.
It was weird. Yeah… shrugs
I stopped having any abduction experiences nowdays… including IRL witnessing. No ideas. shrugs
Very interesting experience DM7 ! I didn’t know you were subject to SP + HI when younger. Does it explain your LD abilities ?
I suppose you know that’s called hypnopompic hallucinations (hypnagogic = when going to bed ; hypnopompic when waking up)
They are rare, but often more realistic than hypnagogics. I have seen once a ball of fire flying through my room. Very weird !
Kavaa, I don’t know how you could induce an ET abduction. You would have to enter in SP, produce hallucinations, and control them in order to create little ET’s… it seems really hard !
Ive had plenty of OOBE, in my life, but I havnt had one in a while. I really miss them. I think Ill try it next time.
Yes I’m a natural LD’er so it’s normal for me to be in SP or HI every night… or well… rather… almost. 
Btw, those bruises do exist whereas it wasn’t before the “abduction.” It was weird. shrugs hehe

However, I have seen a UFO (it may not have been an alien ship - I call it an UFO cos I can’t think of any explantion for it).
Quite simply, it was a large purple light that flew from the distance and over my house (it flew quite low as well). I ran into the conservatory (a room full of windows) and the entire room lit up purple (which was cool).
I know it was real, cos everyone in my familly saw it and remember it. My brother was talking about it yesterday as well 
.
Those unnatural lights, shapes, UFO-s, that people see are most likely anorganic beings materializing in this kind of form in our physical plane. They look cool that way .
Think I once saw this glowing ball flying over the skies. It was about the size of the sun, but luminous as the moon, although it didn’t light up the surrounding area. Took perhaps 5-6 seconds for it to fly from horizon to horizon. There were no trails from it, which I would assume a meteorite would have.
The problem is, this was so many years ago, and I never wrote it up, so can’t really distinguish it as a real memory or a dream memory. But, I usually dont remember dreams for many years, so who knows.
I tend to think the same, that all of our UFO/E.T. encounters is just the Spirit Realm manifesting in this phyiscal one.
I also think the Government can be to blame for the numerous UFO sightings.

DM7… maybe aliens planted the thought in your head that you were to think the experiences were dreams?? 
I have never seen a UFO or anything like that, but I remember a really vivid dream from when I was a kid about spacecraft doing things with my teddy bear… and my teddy bear was crying.
Ahhhh… poor teddy… he was so brave.
I think most of the alien abduction cases are simply nothing more than the people experiencing SP and then hallucinate aliens… It is all about their belief system! Religious people tend to see demons in that state, some is being visited by the witch, some by an angel, some by a energy being and then you have those who are visited by aliens.
I have read quite a few alien abduction testimonals, and 90% of them seems to have most common signs of a SP episode.
El sortilego, my aliens friends told me that they planted in you the thought that you weren’t a donkey.
Hehe I don’t think so… I have been in SP many times and most of my abduction experiences seemed to be strongly related to common SP except with vivid hallucinations. That’s it. Yeah…

DM7 - As a natural lucid dreamer, are you always aware you are dreaming? Is it something you can kind of switch on and off? I guess what I am trying to get at here is, hmmm is it sometimes a problem LDing all the time… like you just wish sometimes to have a ND?

If you want to lose lucidity, it’s suprisingly easy.
