This did it for me months ago, I’m excited. Let’s see what happens.
Aw, didn’t go so well. I did get minor SP, and I heard some Hypnogogic Sounds. I probably forgot to keep concentrating on my 3rd eye and stuff.
I also counted to 60 and said on each count “When I am dreaming, I will remember to recognize that I’m dreaming.” Yeah.
What kind of hypnagogic sounds did you hear?
