Im starting to grasp the whole idea of everything, but im still confused on the most basic thing. Going to sleep. What exacltey do you do when your in your bed, from my impression i just try to relax and say out loud “Im going to have a dream, im aware of my dream” for a while till i get tired then say it in my head, and simultaneosley trying to imagine myself having a lucid dream of flying. Can someone gimme some tips, am i doing it right or what? Should i be reciting the mantra and imagining or one or the other i have no idea
