im getting close! i have had 3 dreams in a row

so i have been reading this forum like crazy, so one night i tried to do ‘‘hi’’ before i went to sleep. i found this to be very helpfull for me. when i use that technique i have had 3 vivid dreams.
i have had 3 vivid dreams in 3 nights. i can remember what my dream looked liked.
i still remember what my last nights dream looked liked. it really wasnt vivid. it was dark and i really couldnt see, but i remember almost everything they said in my dream.

so now that i can remember what my past dreams look like, is there and steps i should use continuing forward?

write the dreams in a dream journal and find the common things that occur ( dream signs), then next time if you dream of that common scene/action then you know you are in a lucid dream :smile:

i know that my dreams continue to be’‘dark’’ enough to were i cant really see the whole dream.
so is that a dream sign?

If darkness/lack of ligh or vision seems to be a recurring theme or effect, then yes. Others could include reocurring people, places, objects, emotions, or events. The more things you find that your dreams usually have in common, the better your odds are for attaining lucidity.

Yes, If you often encounter dark dreams, get a habbit of doing a reality check whenever it’s dark. I.e. You go to the bathroom and the lights are turned off. It’s dark, therefore it may be a dream - do a RC!
Have a dream journal and write all dreams which you can remember after waking up. Scan your dreams for DS’s and do a RC whenever you see/think about those DS’s. This will give you more frequent LD’s.
