Increase lucidity!

Hello everybody
Today i had my second lucid dream, and yesterday the first!

  1. I was trying to fall asleep, and i did a reality check (the one where you close your nose, and you try to breathe through it), and i suddenly realized that im dreaming(I gues i fell asleep while tryting to do so, and my dream continued from there on)! I was shocked when i realized im dreaming, so i appeared back in bed(the world started entering my eyes (i dont know how to describe it). I was like “oh cmon!”. But then i thought why am i not lazy, to get up and stuff… The idea of false awakenings crossed my mind, so i did a nother rc. I was still in a dream . I tried to get up, but only the arm i preformed the rc could move  After going through everything, i tried to move again, and i moved . I tried to shout increase lucidity (In my native language), but my voice was like quiet (i don’t know the word for it in en). As for the hands rubbing, that totally worked, but not as effective as i thought it would be. I looked throughout the window, and the park was as real as it could be in that dream (after waking up i did remember a few glitches). But the park was the only thing i saw, there was no street, no cars, buldings, just the park! I woke up (realy). The entire thing lasted about 2 minutes.
2)This one was less than half a minute  I did a rc, and realized im dreaming (shocked, but not shocked enough to wake up. I tried shouting, but that backfired again  I tried rubbing my hands, but that was impossible since my hands, would appear for 1 sec, and dissapear for 3… I tried shouting (quietly) again, but this time with success, only to perform a rc seconds later to figure out im awake!

So… Does anyone have any idea, why i can’t shout, see my hands?
Also any tips on making the dream last longer?

I know what you mean, that happened to me a few times already, when you can’t get up. i once also got up, and then blinked and i was in my bed again. But i found a solution. Close your eyes, and picture yourself getting up, and leaving the room, and then you will realize that you can move again (not in the bed, but in the place you imagined to be). I don’t know if my explanation was clear enough, or if it even works with somebody else other than me. But the trick is to make yourself believe that you can move.

Tnx
I will try
