Started about a month ago and through dj and reading up about sleep cycle have gone from thinking I had the occasional dream to realizing I have several a night.
Now I just need to remember them. DJ not really helping yet, very foggy, liked the article on here about increasing vividness:

I think you should read this article on Improving Dream Recall. It explains that the reason for keeping DJ’s is not only so that you can recall an LD when you have it, but so that you can further note your dream signs and use them to help you LD. Good luck!
