I done a search, but couldnt find ways to induce them. I wouldnt mind trying it once. Ive heard somewhere (maybie on this forum) that LDs might induce them.
Most of these ‘alien abductions’ happen when we’re falling asleep. In fact, some people, like me for example, believe they are simply a modern version of the Old Hag phenomenon…so with that in mind, you could induce one by using WILD 
I think most of these alien abduction cases are related to the sleep paralysis state. If you believe in this state that aliens will come for you, then they will most likely do that. This will be all in your mind though, which i also think is the case with most of these so called abductions.
The SP experience varies depending on your beliefs… Religious people might get a visit by a devil, god or similar while people with other beliefs might experience oobe, alien abductions and so on…
I agree with Tomas and Josh Redstone. Alien abductions are the modern version of the Old Hag, i.e. the sleep paralysis trouble with hallucinations.
But I don’t know how to induce them, as the sleep paralysis trouble is likely to be related with a low melatonine rate.
I dont know about alien abductions, but if you’re interested in other types of abductions, I can recommend a few street corners to hang out on.
I must admit to being somewhat purplexed by the comments I’ve seen here about people wanting to be “abducted” by UFOs or have old hag experiences. These are essentially never described as positive experiences in the cases where people believe they have experienced them. It seems to me sort of akin to wanting to be raped or shot in the leg, or on a lesser plane, desiring to catch a cold.
What gives?
I get sleep paralysis quite often, about three times a week, and I’m almost positive that Alien abductions are the product of sleep paralysis. When I was 9 or so I was deathly afraid of aliens, and when ever I had Sleep Paralysis I saw little grey men. Now whenever I get Sleep Paralysis I use it as a tool to get what I want. From the sleep paralysis state I can have OOBE’s or jump straight into a lucid dream. I believe that whatever you think, want, or fear to happen in sleep paralysis will take place in that state.

I think it’s good to keep an open mind. After one has become adept at LDs and or OBEs…you just never know who or what you might meet up with

seeing as i dont believe in aliens (even though i have seen every Star Trek episode ever) I dont think this would work, however i guess it would be possible if you believed in this sort of thing.

Or are you talking about aliens that visit earth? If so, then i think it is pretty far fetched too.
The chances of life out there is much greater than the chances of us being alone. Now scientists are even debating the possibility of past life on our own solar system or even a small possibility of life still existing today on planet/moons like Mars and Europa. The latest research suggest that Mars was once a very wet planet and could have been hospitable for life. Europa is thought to maybe have a whole liquid ocean underneath the ice, which is kept warm by undersea volcanic activity.
Its almost impossible that there are not any other form of life in the universe.
