Hi Friends,
Had a low intensity dream today wherein i was with my friends. Somehow i realised i was dreaming and summoned an instrument which looked like a clock and put the timer to 1 hour. Then went to a hotel and ate food. Everything was with a low intensity and never looked like a lucid dream but there was awareness in the dream. My questions are:
(1) Is this a Lucid dream? i am having cold and sneezed throughout the night. so didnt hv proper sleep yesterday. Woke up at 6:00 and gave auto suggestion to myself ‘Next time i am dreaming, i ll become aware that i am dreaming’. Is it due to my lack of sleep that i had low intensity dream and the timer didnt work?
(2) How to instantly increase the intensity of the dream as soon as you become lucid before the dream fades away?
