Occasionally I have dreams where something happens and for whatever reason I (of my own will sort of, but it mostly just happens by itself) rewind the dream to repeat a certain event to change the whole outcome of the dream. I have a couple of recent DJ entries where this has happened. Anyone have experiences with this? I’m also kind of wondering if its possible to use this as a means of becoming lucid. This is probably rather silly but it wouldnt hurt to ask i guess… 
Well, if you learn to spot that specific dreamsign then it’s a great way to become lucid. After all, any common occurance in a dream is a great way of doing it. My wife, for instance, always has dreams like this. Strangely enough she usually knows she’s dreaming at this point but prefers to say unlucid. I guess she really likes her dream adventures

I haven’t gotten lucid from it, but have from something similar (camera angle change lol firsdt LD )
They did happen a lot to me in some periods, I just went over and over some dream plot to see the outcomes 
and I’ve become lucid more than once thanks to this.
Do you know Prince of Persia and the Sand of Time? Maybe someone could try to spawn some Sands of Time and see what happens!

Using it as a dream sign does seem like a practical idea. 
Though with dream signs that are themes how exactly should i be able to work towards spotting those, like the jumping back in time thing, or the fact that alot of my dreams im a DO watching a cartoon/16-bit video game? 
Would i just do reality checks whenever i watch a cartoon/play a video game (even though i do neither anymore since school started).
i’ve had reoccuring instances kind of like this, its kinda like slo-mo, but its a bit different.
ive heard it called bullet-time before, due to the fact that you can see the air-flow behind the bullets more clearly, kind of like in the matrix when the guy does the limbo under the bullets flying at him, but the airstream is a lot clearer.

and everything else just acts like slow motion, greatest part is, you can think in real time during this, so you can think rationally while dodging bullets.
