this happened a few years ago…
as i was drifting off to sleep, i felt that something had somehow gotten inside the house, don’t know how to explain it really.
a few minutes later there were swirling lights in various colours above my bed. i was freaked out & closed my eyes. but i could still see. it was also one of those times where you are frozen, can’t get up.
so, i’m wondering if this is some sort of obe? i mean, i’ve had obe’s before, but this was sort of like one, yet different.
& i wonder what the hell those colours meant??? 
This sounds like a classic episode of SP, sleep paralysis. I’ve never experienced SP before, but your experience describes it well.
-Feeling of another presence
-feeling frozen
-seeing through your eye lids
These are all experiences related to SP.
But since you say that you have had OBEs before, I’m surprised that you don’t mention SP in your post. I’ve heard OBE’ers often experience SP, and are aware of what SP is.
yeah, i’ve had it numerous times throughout my life. when i described the frozen feeling thats what i meant.
i know some of those other symtoms are results of s.p. * just that this one was more intense than any other i’ve had…not to mention the swirling colours.
there have been periods where i’ve experienced s.p. night after night…
