My dreams used to feel like movies I’d get when I woke up each morning, but ever since I started training myself to have lucid dreams, my dreams feel like memories of something that actually happened.
Try to train yourself to recognize details- When you are out walking, note the colors of your surroundings and stuff. This way you’ll do this in your dreams and recognize yourself
So, when you walk outside, take a look at a yellow flower and simply say to yourself “Yellow”, and tell yourself the colors around you. When you do this in a dream you will feel that it is really you who are the “main character”.
Meditate on ‘who is aware’?
Sleep longer!! REM cycles are known to be longer when you sleep more.
