well, my dream recall isnt perfect too. Sometimes i cant remember dream, and very often i remember it with some “holes” that i cant fill up… and then i need to write my dream with all those (jumps)…
Dunno, the only way to increase your Dream Recall is DJ, maybe there are any others?
Well, you could also try repeating to yourself while your going to sleep “I will remember my dreams,” or something similar. And, when you wake up, dont move and just lie in bed for a couple of minutes, going over the dream(s) in your mind. That should help!
Yes, repeat a mantra like:
I will remember my dreams when I wake up.
Then when you wake up, don’t move but try to let the dream naturally come to you for atleast 30 minutes (yes, it might suddenly come flooding back to you) to remember your dream. Then, if you can’t, carry around your dream diary all morning. You’ll remember them at random times.
You could also try and wake up after 5 or 6 hours sleep. Just jot down a few notes about any dreams you remember then go back to sleep. Your notes should be enough to help you remember the hole dream in the morning.
You could also try and sleep a little longer. Sometimes just an extra 15 minutes or ½ hour can make a big difference.
