Lazyness

Last night I was planning on lucid dreaming… except after 6 hours I my alarm went off and I just went back to sleep :grrr:
Anyone have similar experience and have some tips?

It probably happens to everyone. The only thing you can do is reenforce your desire to wake up that early. It’s mind over body. The body wants to sleep, but you have to keep your mind in control. :wink:

Yeah, this happened to me the other night. You just have to have the will power to stay awake.

yeah, in this area i’m guilty. sometimes i’d tell myself that when the alarm goes off, i have to get up and do something. but when the alarm goes off, your opinion on the matter changes from one side to the other.

i’ve heard that putting the alarm on the other side of the room is an effective method for getting you out of bed.
