So you need to be lucid in order to get task scores?

Well, pulling up a stick from out of nowhere is not what I’d consider completing a paranormal experience. You get a lot of freedom about how to complete these tasks, but this is simply a little too cheap, my friend. Think creatively!

I had an awesome ND about changing gravity and creating a new planet/entire solar-system thing last night. Still no LD though…this is my longest dry-spell in a while…

Two nights ago, talked to a dead person in an ND. I don’t remember much about the conversation except that it wasn’t about the fact that he was dead

More importantly, one 15 minute LD in which I finally completed the first task.
I was in a space shuttle when I became lucid, so I flew to a nearby planet. On that planet there was a canyon, in the canyon were giant glowing crystaks, at the base of the crystals was a city. I landed on the landing pad and stepped out into the abandoned station. Upon getting through the decrepid facility I found my way out which lead to the main city which was very much populated. The light from the crystal sky illuminated the city enough to see, but that was it.

Now, my idea of a relaxing vacation is having fun, not actually relaxing, so I decided to try out some new powers. I climbed up the wall of one building like spider-man which set off an alarm. I jumped off if the building and was then almost hit by a speeding car (the driver was trying to hit me) who, seeing I wasn’t hurt, quickly sped off to the nearest building, the docking station. I ran in after them as was greated by a bunch of robots.

I took a few out but they seemed to keep coming. Finally I made a break for it and headed back to the shuttle. It was obvious I wasn’t welcome sp I took back off. I found the star ship Voyager sitting in space, so I borded her next. No one was on board, and the bridge was trashed. The self destruct menu was open, but the command had been interrupted mid process. I finished off and woke up in the explosion.

Now that was a fun vacation
Touche :content: Its hard to be creative in that situation I was in was like this  but youre right, better luck in my next dreams

I got 1 short LD from the 6th to the 15th.

Finally another LD! Unfortunately I can’t remember barely anything about it.
I remember clarity.
I am in the process of digging up my dreams from the depths of brain hastily awoken just now, so maybe 'll come up with something. I had some more interesting NDs though…

Yay! Had a Long LD about an intergalactic vacation!
The dream starts off in a palace by the sea, with a beautiful emerald sky and the earth floating in the sky. The people of this place are quite calm and they live in little family’s. One of the people that has been showing me round says I should join their family, we have a long chat about this then he walks off. I start to fly over the palace gardens when I see him walking along, I land a while away from him and walk towards him. He greets me and I say hi back. I ask him if he’s heard about lucid dreaming and he looks at me suprised and says “Of course I have! This is what the palace is made about!” he laughs. The conversation continues for I while but I can’t really remember it.

Next thing I remember is being in the palace gardens with an important person. I summon up a dream clock to see like how time is going and the important guy says “Oh no! It’s gonaa end soon you’ve goto goto school”.
That’s it, it was quite good cause it was a decent long LD and I did a task

Connect and learn
Christianity may be about salvation through Christ, but eastern religions work a little diffently. For one thing they place more emphasis on personal spiritual development then the Bible ever did.

Bhuddism seems to be floating all around the internet these days, so I want talk with you about that other eastern religion, hinduism. Hindiusm is based on the Veda’s, who are among the oldest religious texts known on this planet. Estimates of their antiquity range from 4000 BC to a much earlier date. One of the most central topics that the Veda’s discuss is the relation between Brahman and Atman.

Brahman is the creator of all universes, but he is also the totally of creation itself. According to the Veda’s he is everything that exists, and all that has ever existed. The concept has profound spiritual implications, because it means that were are not as seperate as we think we are, but rather connected with each other through our spirits. The concept of a spirit that transcends our physical reality is called Atman.

Regardless of your personal spiritual beliefs, doesn’t this Vedic philosophy at least sparkle your interest?

Here’s the challenge. Connect to your spirit through a lucid dream, and learn something valuable about your life. Perhaps you’ll visualize your spirit as a physical enity, or perhaps knowlegde will come to you through symbolic images. Regardless I would like you to observe the content your spirit sends you, and think about how you could aply it in real life.

1.Connect to your spirit in whatever way suits you best – 10 points
2.Observe the content your spirit sends you – 20 points
3.Intepret the content in such a way that you can apply it in your life – 30 points

I had a nice long LD last night, roughly about 17 minutes with a chain in the middle. I checked out some videos at a video store, flew a car from the backseat and shared a brownie with a nice DC named Carl

Hey Solaris, I think you gave me 30 more points, I calculated a few times and I keep getting 100pts , I think…

anyways I recently got 2 lucid dreams, in both I tried the gravity challenge but failed  , the first one I asked a DC to help me…but he didn’t really help at all, infact he turned evil and tried to attack me!
First lucid dream was about…a minute & second was at least 5 minutes due to so many FA’s! I’ll post tomorrow :content:

Hope everybody is doing well! :wiske:

30 seconds long LD found here

Had dream recall for the first time in a week! Adventure-themed randomness, nothing I’d consider particularly spiritual.

Finally had a LD again after about two weeks. Lasted only about 30 seconds and I spend most of that time being intrigued by the feeling of breathing through my closed nose and mouth. Once again I got fooled by a FA that followed.

A new perspective
The creature’s size should have intimidated me, but as it sent it’s love towards me I felt a deep connection with it instead. It did not speak in words, but I nevetheless knew it invited me to take a tour around the cosmos with it. Doubt never crossed my mind.

This experience led to the most interesting dream that I have lately had.

The creature is old beyond measure, and it’s skin is so thick that it couldn’t be pierced by our most advanced weaponry. But it is his intelligence and wisdom that impresses me most. The creature has visited countless of worlds, and posseses knowledge that we could only dream about. I am amazed that it wants to befriend me.

The creature took me to a world that felt very different from earth, and much older. I could vaguely sense intelligent life on it’s surface, but as forests and mountains passed beneath us I was too impressed by our speed to pay much attention to it.

The most amazing part of my experience came when the creature asked me to merge with it. In an instant my body grew four times as large, and my skin became as stick as steel. The sensations dazzled me, so I took some time to experience my new body. Then I spread my wings, and explored the cosmos. Time nor space mattered as I knew I could fly anywhere.

These types of experiences are only the beginning, as there are dreamers out there who are capable of much more advanced feats. It’s time to reconsider the limits of our own abilities, and use our dreams to create truly remarkable experiences. I for one am convinced that you are able to do so.

Here’s the challenge. Make contact with a mythical creature, and befriend it. Once you have done so, ask it to take you on a tour around the cosmos. It does not matter where you go, as I am sure your newfound friend will guide you to the place you need to be. For a full score ask the creature permission to merge with it, so that you can truly experience life from it’s point of view.

 1. Meet a mythical creature and befriend it – 20 points
 2. Make a tour around the cosmos or astral plain with it – 20 points
 3. Merge with the creature, and take your time to experience your new body – 20 points

You have until Thursday evening. Good luck :content:

Hmph. I dreamed of square dancing, why would I dream of square dancing?

Phoenix, it is!
