i seem to only get ld’s only once in a while… but when i do i have a lot of them sometimes 3 or more nights in a row. and when i do i lose track of them because i have so many spread out in the night(s). if i have them naturally like that is there any better of a way cause them to happen more often?
They happen in clusters because during those times, everything is set right. Your mind is in the right mode to have lucid dreams. How it gets there is a different question. Could be something in your diet, or your sleep pattern, or you just worked up the mood somehow. If you want them to happen more often, you must figure out why you have them when you have them. What apart from your dreams is different just then? What was your consciousness like before during and after the period? What did you think about? Since lucid dreaming practise is about getting your mind ready for lucid dreams, you must figure out how you did it and then do that more.
