Hi, how you doing! I seem to have more lucids in the morning hours of my sleep. Lots of the time when i’m lucid in the morning, the my dream senses are dull. I can feel but feel very little. I can hear but hear very little or hear things from real life. Does anyone know how to fix it?
We dream more in the morning hours because the REM periods get longer. So chances are alot higher to become lucid. That your dream senses are duller is due to something else, possibly that there is more noise that sort of, pulls your awareness away from your dreams. The solution is to indulge your senses. If it’s quiet, make some noise! And activate the senses you want.
It could be that you are waking up naturally, there is probably not much to do about it.(I got deja vu writing that)

Sleep with earphones and play a rythmic mp3
That wont work because I already use earphones and a self recorded cd to have a WILD. but I do have rythmic music in the back round.
