Hey this really works, I wrote the list in the back of my DJ, and I was having trouble recalling a dream, so I read through the words, and came across “long hair”, and I remmber the dream being about me… uh… wearing a… uh clears throwt dress, and having long hair. This is turning out to be quite an effective tool. I would suggest you allso write the list in your personal DJ. Ive made my new dream journal into the most helpful one yet. I have everything a lucid dream could need to know in it.
