I just have a question. The other night I had a lucid dream. It was when I had a normal dream, but I realized I was dreaming. I had lucidity in the dream for a few minutes, but I soon lost it and the dream just continued on. Does this mean I have to work on dream recall? I’m still new at lucid dreams.
Probably just do stuff to increase your lucidity, like rubbing your hands together or spinning around (find what works for you)
You could also keep doing reality checks to remind yourself that you are dreaming
