low level LDs, at will

I can have low level lucid dreams at will! . I have been wondering if any one else can?and how it works (I just mysteriousy say “hey im dreaming” I dont do a reality check or somthing like that).

You mean, you can LD @ will, without performing a technique, no autosuggestion or anything at all? 0_0?!
Wow…

You can easily work a low level lucid dream into a fully lucid dream so practice this! You should be able to have your low level LD’s at will and then boost them up.

Next time you say IM DREAMING and get semi-lucid:

Do a proper RC and test the whole world around you… I think you will have much success soon if you can keep this up! Let us know how it’s going!

Good job, fishdabaz. :content: I did the same thing awhile back, but soon found out that if you willed more high of quality, that will come fairly easily too. For me, at least, it’s not so much just willing it, but a form of self-hypnosis that only takes a few moments. So, it’s virtually the same. Also, confidence is important. Please, tell me if this is about the same thing for you.

sorry guys I have no clue why but I can not ld at any more

Most of my LD’s come from me just saying ‘I’m dreaming’. I just realise it, I do absolutely nothing, no techniques.

Isn’t that just DILD and/or natural LDing?

It is DILD, I can do it again! (must have been a dry spell) oh yeah and just for clarifacation, I cant just go to sleep and say I will have an LD, its more scattered than that.

This could mean that it is possible for anyone to have an LD at will. Even if it is low-level, that’s still something!

But the way you get into that low-lucidity–I just noticed–it’s DILD. That’s the same method I use to get into most of my LDs (WBTB, too–but I don’t do it too often). So, DILD–I’m guessing if someone could realize they were dreaming at least once a night, then yes, anyone could LD at will…

And I know what you mean by low-level–it’s like not too vivid, but vivid enough, but all you can really do is control your movements and maybe little things, right?

Just about all my lucid dreams at this point have been DILD’s. I’ve tried WILD and MILD and all that but all that this practicing and keeping a journal has done is increased the frequency of my normal LD’s. I worked them up to roughly one every 5 days but it’s been happening even more frequently lately.

Well, you know that if you achieve a DILD as result of MILD, in the same period of sleep, it is usually considered a successful MILD?

Indeed :content:

can somebody tell me what dry spell is?

A dry spell is a period where you either have no LDs or no recall in general, depending on how the person uses it.
