Why ask an AI when you have your own subconscious to ask?
So for this task, you will ask your own Dream GPT a Question.
What is Dream GPT?
Basically: your dream version of an AI (aka your DI? Dream Intelligence?)
Something chat-gpt like you have to type a prompt in.
Something siri / google like you can just talk to in the air “hey siri…” (“hey Dream…”)
your DI is very versatile so you can also ask it to generate something (images etc).
To complete this task and earn the max of 10 points:
Before going to sleep:
Have a Question you want your Dream Intelligence to answer,
or think of something you want it to generate.
(silly or serious, your call)
In LD: Find your Dream Intelligence
Ask it your Question
Receive a response
Remember the response
Total points to be earned for this task: 10
Partial completion points:
Remember task - 1pt (implicit or explicit)
implicit: you just do the task
explicit:“I remember the task, ask question to my DI” )
Find your DI (know you are talking to it / find an actual interface) - 2 pt
Ask your Question to your DI - 2 pt
Receive an answer - 2 pt
Remember the answer - 3 pt
point clarification
if you - during the same LD - manage to ask multiple questions and get multiple responses - I will treat that as one event.
if you do the task in the same night but in a different LD, then that counts as a new attempt.
Deadline
You have 2026-06-15T08:00:00Z→2026-06-22T08:00:00Z to complete this task
Thank you!! That actually explains a LOT about the difference between FLD en low lucidity!! And the hilarity of FLDs is very relatable
Also I have done reality checks where I counted 12 fingers on my hand and was like “okay, nothing weird, lets just keep going” XD
I sometimes am afraid like “what if I THINK its a dream and actually its reality and I’ll seriously hurt myself?” Especially around jumping off of buildings to go flying. And sometimes I wonder that even when there is enough evidence its a dream.
But it makes sense, to also be afraid of dream pain. It can feel really painful and real sometimes.
It is also really similar to my personal goal… So i wonder if its okay to change my personal goal? I was doubting a bit anyway between this one (talk to my dream and get an answer from my dream world) and: find a giant bunny and ride it
So if it’s okay with you I’ll switch to that one to keep a clear distinction between the two?
I got an answer from my dream intelligence It was in an ND so no points, but I wanted to celebrate with all of you anyway because it was really cool!
I also feel that it activated my brain a bit much and I felt less rested when I woke up, so tonight I might try with a more silly question like “Where can i find the giant bunny?” Actually quite strategic to do as well
Then after that I had a dream where I am again completely confused if it was FLD or very low lucidity. Not even sure if I should send it in to check for LD points, i find this so hard to destinguish!
(I also put things in bold that stood out to me personally, because it was just a very cool dream personal development wise. So not everything in bold is relevant for the challenge.)
Beautiful dreams! Also I do count it as a lucid one because you say 2 times that you know it’s not real .
you don’t have these thoughts in a FLD
Also no (or little control) doesn’t mean your dream can’t be lucid.
So 10 LD points
Also love you got your answer, even if it wasn’t lucid (for the challenge I can only give points for lucid ones but personally I really love you got insight from your dream like that)
congratulations on the LD and doing the task! (and another mirror one, although I can’t give points for that because you can only earn points for the active task)
I had another lucid dream!! I cant believe myself! This challenge is working so well! And it is also really motivating to realize I might have flagged my LD’s too often as FLDs.
