Hey ya,
This is what i jus discovered. On the other day as i was sleeping in the bed doing WBTB i received an SMS from my friend. I jus looked into the cell which i kept near my bed and saw the name of my friend. Then casually went to sleep. Then had a dream, in which i was walking near bridge with my friend. Although i couldnt become lucid, it paved way for unconscious dream incubation.
So, here’s exactly what we should do :
(1) Jus decide what dream you want to have.
(2) Write down elements/characters of the dream. Preferably Print it out in large font.
(3) Keep it near your bed and sleep normally.
This is best done with WBTB where you would be getting good rest. Also the chances of dream recall is higher in WBTB.
(4) Keep alarm and wake up after 4 to 5 hours. Then without getting up, Jus stare at the material which you have prepared. You need not visualise what your dream should be, but just stare at the elements for a few minutes and continue to sleep normally.
Then, whatever be the dream, you may get the characters which you have just stared upon. This is best done in a very lazy manner. Then, once you see any character in the dream, its upto you to become lucid.
