I listened to something called LucidDreamingCurse. Noting seemed to be bad, I’m not any kind of psycho, there was just voice that was telling me that I will know when I’ll be dreaming… If you want to be sure it’s safe, just listen to it consciously. I don’t think that there’s posibility to put hidden voice or anything like that.
Umm…Sorry, but I don’t believe that that’s exactly possible…
I don’t know, I have yet to find any mp3 or other music that has helped me become lucid…the closest I came was when I heard music (Metalica for the record) in my LD cause I had listened to it the night before. I think I’ll give this a try anyway.
It’s nothing bad. He went the Judas Priest route and recorded himself saying “You are in a dream” , “Your dreams are vivid” , and “You will remember to do a reality cheCCKK” then went into sound recorder and reversed it. I’m not his sex slave…

I really like lucid hypnosis and stuff like that. It’s so relaxing to listen to.
Oh just so you know the “lucid curse” was from Stephen Laberge’s
CD and I believe it is his voice. I bought the book and it came with the CD that had that track on it. I wouldn’t be worried, I’ve listened to it many times and I don’t feel “cursed”
