lately, i seem to lucid dream all night and my body wakes up in the morning and i carry on with few ill effects. there seems to be just a thin veil between both states, and my physical brain and body seem to feel all right. is this quite common?
What are these ill effects you’re expierencing? It’s hard to say if it’s common or not if we don’t know what exactly is going on. But anyway most things that happen after waking up are normal, so don’t be to worried about it if you feel fine.
Couldn’t agree more. As long as you doesn’t feel unusually tired or so, there’s no real problem. Your body still get’s the sleep it needs from LD’s. Your brain gets a bit less but it still gets as much as it needs.
gets a bit less?? what do you mean by that?
you fall asleep and dream, with out dreams you will go crazy and die, this has been proven using rats and one poor fella, well he didnt die but it did screw up his life. forever.
when you are dreaming, you are dreaming, lucid or not your brain is still doing what it has to be donig in that state, what ever that is.
From all of my lucid dreams i have awoken feeling more alive and as if i had a grea night sleep in comparision
Well, actually your brain does work more in a lucid dream than in a normal.
how so, although there are parts of your brain that are more active, your brain still is in a faster brain wave patern that closly resembles waking, and in some cases, a nd can induce activity that is far greater then in a waking state…
guess i just dont beleive it
No need to discuss it here. As I said, as long as he isn’t feeling any greater differences it’s nothing to worry about.
thank u for your comment. feeling kinda spaced and slow the next day is about the worst ill effect. i keep my own office hours so it is easy for me to just slow down the next day.
thank u for your comments. i agree the brain must do a lot more work. i used to get severe night sweats when i did a lot of flying to get around in my dreams, then i changed to a carpet, then spiderman style, bicycle, and now i skate…lol, seems to cause less night sweat.
sorry if u dont. your belief or disbeleif doesnt affect the situation, its my life…
