I have a friend from Czech and she is interested in learning about lucid dreaming. But her english is not so good.
Do any of you know of resources translated into czech particular books such as Steven LaBerge etc.
Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

there’s plenty of info on this forum, for beginners at least …and as far as I know, there’s a couple of books in czech/slovak that she can buy in common bookstores (I don’t know about downloading on the internet, though) about lucid dreaming and astral projection

She was just starting to get interested in this stuff and watched Insidious on Friday lol… it freaked the hell out of her… but it helped me get a good lucid dream last night

oh, saw that a couple of weeks ago, and I actually liked it a lot! I mean, I hate horrors and stuff, but this one really intrigued me, for obvious reasons
I just finished watching ‘The Orphanage’… I had a bit of a horror/thriller movie weekend. its got some interesting aspects in it if you want to try another movie out.
Still waiting for her the checkout the site she hasn’t had a chance yet.
