Im having a problem when i try to do WILD and sometimes just going to sleep.
i sleep on my side and after a while of laying down, if i cant get to sleep I start getting a very strong roll-over signal in my legs that just builds and builds and when i start to think I cant take it anymore, it just stops. This happenes over and over through the night and it makes it very hard to sleep or do WILD. has anyone ever had this before? and does anyone know what to do about it?
It’s actually quite natural for your body to do that, especially when just going to sleep. It can help if you stretch some before bed or do yoga. Of course it’s generally best to not try things like WILD when going right to bed, if you’re doing it later with WBTB it will help a lot with those signals.
yea as previously mentioned, I think you’ll have a lot more success if you try later in the night, like after 5-6 hours of sleep. And theres not much you can do about the roll-over signal, its your bodies way of testing if you’re awake or not, so you must resist
