When repeating a mantra in my head am I supposed to do it non-stop until i actually fall asleep because I’ve been doing it for a while and then stopping and going to sleep and it doesn’t seem to be working…
If you can do it until you fall asleep your chances can be better, but the main purpose of a mantra is to get the intention through to your mind. If you do MILD as you first go to sleep, you may not be able to keep it going until you fall asleep; later in the night or early in the morning you will have a better chance of keeping it going until then.
Would doing the mantra while listening to Theta Beats help?
Edit: I’ve been reading up on MILD technique and I’m finding it difficult to say the mantra and visualizing the dream at the same time??
