That sounds simply unfair and somehow shallow.I know many people simply Interested in sex and their dreams are simply continuation of something that fascinates them(you can include me here).This applies actually to any field of persons activities- dreams about it does not have to necesarily mean that person lacks something in this field.Actually it can mean quite opposite.
Quoted sentence is a generalisation which is an enemy of any sensfull dream interpretation.Only person knows what particular happening,activity or emotion can mean for him/her.
Its like saying that dreaming about teeth means death.Not much logic or common sense in it.

Of course it’s a generalization, I can’t speak for everyone. And I never said I wasn’t frustrated in my physical life, of course I am, why do you think I posted that? 
I’m not claiming to be an expert, please do not put words in my mouth (or posts in this case).
I can’t say what it means for everyone because I beleive Dreams are our Oversouls speaking to us in a language only we can understand and we can only understand it by studying it. What might mean frustration to me means freedom for another. But that doesn’t mean similarities won’t ever occur across multiple people.
The only way to know is go with what feels right to you.
