Can masturbation affect(negatively) attaining lucidity, dream recall or anything else?

why should it? I mean, they’re different nerves, different organs, different sides of the body…That would be the same as saying that sex, makes having LDs harder (i know it’s not the same thing, but it’s not that far…)
