last night for the first time I tried meditation
It was very relaxing and I’m surprised at how little you have to breathe like: breathe in 1cm3 (cubed) of air then wait 2 seconds breathe out then wait 5 seconds and start again
if you think oh no meditation is not my thing just try it its very relaxing

Yes karl its good against stress thats why many do it in 4 example china…like tai chi standing up meditation…good against stress of work etc.
