hey
i have heard a lot lately about menthol, and how it is an extremely good LD supplement. I’ve tried it out with little success for two main reasons.

i have no idea what i can find it in cheaply (peppermint tea and cough lozenges aren’t good for me)

i’m not sure what the recommended amount is to take/how much different products contain.
if anyone could help with this that would be great
