MILD helping dream vividness and recall

Ive found out, over numerous attempts to obtain an LD that using the MILD technique is starting to give me more vivid dreams and the ability to recall almost each one upon waking.

is this a sign?? :grin:

Could be, are you using MILD the way LaBerge outlines, where you first wake up from a dream and then return to it imagining yourself recognizing its a dream and repeating your mantra?

No i just go to bed sayin that ill realize im dreaming and imagining myself doing a RC or something like that. i dont wake up during the night becuase i have to get up at 5am to go to school.

This may be partially attributable to your spending time and energy thinking about your dreams and paying them more attention. But I’m sure reciting the mnemonic doesn’t hurt.

I have had a similar experience, though I often can’t be bothered to recite for very long (or at all some times). Just paying more attention to my dreams and intending to remember them and write them down, has helped me remember a lot more dreams and with a lot more detail.
