~Morning Tired~ (DJ writing)

Hello one and all. I am on a quest to Lucid dream. I’ve done it twice, once it was pretty good, i couldnt do much though except fly and stuff was more clear… it was pretty cool, and another time it happened by accident and faded quick.
those were both a while ago, i think what made me stop is the same problem im facing now.
in the mornings i can never get myself to write a dream diary… i always wake up soooo tired, that i just cant get both of my mind and body to come together and write something down.

i do dream recalls and stuff, but that’s probably my biggest problem, anyone got any advice? perhaps something aside from… suck it up and get writing those diaries when you are really tired?

i actually still do try, but i usually dont get around to it till ive been up maybe a half hour or more, and then my recollection is down significantly… i always have really tweaky dreams too… pretty mcuh every dream is a nightmare, even if they arent nightmares they are nightmares becuase there is lots of pain and stuff in them, even though ive gotten used to it and they dont really seem bad, evne sometimes seem nice… but still

 hello
I hope you post those 2 LDs in our dream diary forum
mmm can’t you even get the motivation to just do a few notes as soon as possible? and then piece them together later.
Or some people use a recording device and just record themselves saying the main points of their dream.

ME TOO! It’s almost impossible for me to get up and write in my dream journal. It’s become such a hassle that I dread having to get up and write in the cursed thing. I doubt that’s good at all for dream recall. I wish there was some other way to improve dream recall…

here’s what i do.

as soon as i get up i write down key words

Like really basic key words. Any objects, people or actions that stood out i write one word for each

Takes like 10-20 seconds

Then i am set and i remember it the whole day

And when i get home i type it up for all of your enjoyment :content:

But that part helps me remember it totally so i call whip it out in everyday conversation

haha, thanks… i sorta got a hang of it using a combination of the two things… i actually kept remembering more and more, its funny i remembed like 5 dreams from the night… not all of them too well though. i have some pretty screwed up dreams. hopefully soon ill just be able to beat myself into submission and force myself to write it all out
