MuILD? (Example is a lil risqué, the point isn't.)

After having it for about 3 years, I dug out my CD of Em:t 0096 LUCID DREAMS and gave it another listen. There was an anecdote I had forgotten about.

It’s on track 5, entitled “Dream Control & Erotic Possibilities.”

One fellow realized his ability to interfere with his dreams. He wanted two particular ladies in his dreams and went to great lengths to get them there. He would waltz with each lady to a particular tune. He then acquired music boxes that played each respective tune corresponding to the ladies. He set them to play their melody when he was asleep.

When he would fall asleep with the music boxes near him and he would hear the music in his sleep, the woman he associated with that tune appeared in his dream and he… did whatever he wanted.

Well…

On lunch break today, I blasted NIN’s The Slip on my iPod to tune out the yakking of the Subway crowd. I studied and mind-mapped another portion of EWLD by LaBerge.

On my last break of the day, I played the same music just for the heck of it. Last break is only 15 minutes long.

Cool thing was that when I heard the music, what I had studied came back to me like snap.

This method is probably old news to the veterans here, but what of the idea of consciously associating lucid dreams with a certain song and playing it back during sleep? Has anyone here done this?

Sounds familiar to Pavlos bells

Haha, yeah, go Pavlov!
Neat idea.
